If you already have previously registered with Balance, please use the same e-mail address and select "Forgot Your Password?" to update your password.

HOW TO'S
Your Studio Director portal where you can access and update information regarding your family's account.
From your portal you can:
Enroll in classes
Edit your account information
Update your student's information
Update your payment method
View all of your family's charges

Updating Your Payment Method

From the Menu, select
"Edit Payment-Method On File"

Select
"Input new payment-method"

Input your payment information
To ensure there are no issues with money billing, please select
"Yes, sign me up for AutoPay"

View Your Charges and Payments
From the Menu, select
"View Financial History"

Here you can view your total monthly tuition rates, as well a record of all charges and payments on your account.

Updating Your Contact Information

From the Menu, select
"View Financial History"

Here you can update your contact information as needed.
If you would like for multiple families member to receive studio emails, please add them under "Additional Emails"
To ensure you don't miss any important updates, please be sure to select
"Yes, send me emails related to my account payments, class confirmations, class reminders, cancelled classes, etc."
